Wooden Training Plates are the perfect tool to coach beginner or practice your Olympic Lifting Technique. They weight just 1.5kg each.

New feature- we have added an extra plywood disk at the centre of the plate for more stability when secured onto an Olympic Weight Lifting bar. This eliminates the plate wobble when clamped on with barbell collars.

These Wooden Technique Plates are sold as a pair, and will fit on any 15kg and 20kg Barbell. The Wooden Training Plates are made from 18mm Plyo-Wood with rounded edges to protect the plates.
